Pheasant Fields (Holywell)

Name Sleeps Bedrooms Week Short Break
Pheasant Fields 10 4 1695 - 2995 795 - 1395

Pheasant Fields is new – very new – yet incorporates into its design a host of traditional/classic features that give it real texture and character. These include exposed brickwork and stone, beams and a cheery fireplace and wood-burning stove. Now come the contemporary touches – a high-spec farmhouse-style kitchen, top-quality bathrooms and bedrooms with smart TVs connected to a built-in music system that can be enjoyed anywhere within the house.

The four-bedroom, three-bathroom house sleeps 10, so there’s all the space you’ll ever need – which makes this substantial (and very handsome) stone-built property ideal for families and groups. Outside, you can enjoy a mix of water and music, for the six-seater hot tub is plugged in (so to speak) to the house’s entertainment system. The location also ticks all the boxes. Pheasant Fields, as its name implies, enjoys a rural setting shared with livestock and hens, fields and country views, yet is just a few miles from the North Wales coast (it’s a mere four miles to the beach, in fact).

It’s also an ideal base for visiting Snowdonia in one direction and Chester in the other. There are lots of activities available locally including riding, fishing and golf, and the start of the long-distance Offa’s Dyke Path is close by in Prestatyn. Also nearby is Holywell and St Winefride’s Well, the ‘Lourdes of Wales’.
